Simply browse our website, add your favourite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your shipping details and choose a payment method.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally, except to Asia and some remote areas. Based in Clinton, Australia, we bring costumes to your doorstep worldwide!
What are your shipping options?
We offer two options: Standard Shipping via DHL or FedEx for $12.95 (10-15 days after dispatch) and Free Shipping via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 days after dispatch).
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 days before dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey to you.
Returns & Refunds
