Our Return Policy Details

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged)
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase or order number
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs, hosiery, intimate apparel, or accessories that have been removed from their original packaging. These items are final sale to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
  3. We’ll email you a return authorization number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with the original packaging

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive the returned product. If the exchanged item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect item and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
