Order Processing

We need 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your vintage pieces for their journey to you. Each item is lovingly inspected and packaged with the care these timeless pieces deserve.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: For orders over A$50 via EMS – delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Our Returns Policy

While we strive for perfection in every stitch and sequin, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a hassle-free returns process.

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible:

  • Item must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged)
  • Original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase or order number included
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Wigs
  • Hosiery
  • Intimate apparel
  • Accessories that have been removed from their original packaging
These items are final sale to ensure the health and safety of all our vintage-loving customers.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return
  3. We’ll email you a return authorization number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with the original packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We process refunds within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

For exchanges: we ship your new item once we receive the returned product. If the exchanged item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your vintage treasure arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
