5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging.
  • Final Sale Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs, hosiery, intimate apparel, or any accessories removed from their original packaging.
  • The Process:
